So go ahead and limit the speeds and people will still die in droves because the speed is not the issue, it is driving fast while distracted by ones phone that is the issue. Taking away higher speeds is not going to fix the rampant stupid that is prevalent on the highways.

300 I6 > 4.0L V6

Jeep’s 4.0. There isn’t an exhaust out to make it sound good, and it’s impossible to get any power out of the slug that it is. But it’s bullet proof. It can take a ton of abuse and keep going. It’ll run on almost no oil and be fine - ask me how I know. They can take a ton of miles. Will the rest of your Jeep be as

Agreed, and it was also not some kind of FIA judgement call, it was the rule. It’s just nobody had bothered to understand that rule because it’s never been needed before.

To call it some kind of “loophole” is just click-baity silliness.

I harshly judge anyone who buys an SUV “coupe”. They should just remove the U at that point, as a ton of the utility is gone.

“I want an SUV, but make the rear seat headroom worse, and lower the ability to haul stuff. Please leave the bad mileage and high center of gravity tho.”

There isn’t a single redeeming angle on them. Brutal.

Yea, I always found those things hideous as well. Those and the 5-Series GT. Ugh.

Every time I see one of these on the road I am absolutely shocked that someone would pay $60k for one of these god-awful ugly, bloated behemoths.

The series used to be at least tangentially interested in racing and competition, and not solely on dividing stacks of cash and making things as unfun, stodgy, and exclusionary as humanly possible. This lead to fun upstart teams with wild, often bad plans. 1989 had 21 teams (really 20, as 1 never showed up) and 30

I think the design has aged very well. It’s just what this guy has done to his car that makes it look bad.

The mods push this one into ND territory for me. The seller might get close to what they want if they find the right buyer, but they’ll have to be willing to let it sit on the market for quite a while.

Pretty sure every reader looked at this picture, shook their head and said to themselves, “Boy Racer”

It’s not the uber F1 fans that come up with this shit, it’s the DTS legion that rather follow the races on twitter than on their actual TV set.

I also chuckled at the fact that these people apparently think that Christian Horner and Franz Tost, the two longest-serving team principals, would jeopardize their entire careers to win a race they didn’t need to.

There are only 9 races to go and Verstappen is leading the championship by 109 points. He doesn’t need external help to win. Whoever thought of this conspiracy, those who buy into it, and especially those that wrote those comments, are deranged. Yes, that’s a strong word, but it’s the right word.

Badges? We don’t need no stinking badges!

just wish we had this option. make it just useful enough to justify the 4 doors

Not to sound blunt, but I dont see how any of that would make it harder to go for a sedan. The Stinger will drive better, hold almost as much stuff as a crossover (with that hatch and the seats folded its has over 23 cubic feet of capacity) and look better doing it. Unless you just have to have a crossover, dont buy

If there’s even a hint of a problem with a VIN, you should walk away. It’s not worth getting involved in. VIN tampering is not a crime the authorities will go easy on, and to set an example they’ll happily seize and crush your car, and you will not be compensated.

I wonder if this Ute has “posi-traction”
