Butt first. A belly flop from 30ft would be incredibly painful and disorienting I’d think. 

I had the same thoughts.

How do you jump from 30ft up into 5ft deep water without getting hurt/killed...? I feel like I’d hurt myself jumping off the side of the pool into 5 feet of water (and I didn’t know its depth)

This guy is an absolute hero and I’m happy everyone is ok but my mind keeps going back to a couple issues:

So what happens if you see someone doing this sort of thing, get in front of them and some random event causes you to slam on your brakes as hard as possible. Does the douchebag get to eat windshield/seat and pay you for the damage? Is them being arrested too much to hope for?
