The whole controversy over Piss Christ could have been avoided had it been called “Christ in Amber” or some such.

“Oh. It wasn’t that he was a homosexual? Who also took nudes of children”
Not only that, the dude’s “art” is all inkjet printed shit. He probably put scanned-in toothpaste on scans of the photos in Photoshop.
It’s Burton. His characters are black on the inside.
It might be like “Purple Aki”, a 6'5" guy in the Liverpool area who for decades has compulsively crept up to muscular young men and asked if he could feel their muscles.
Five consecutive stiletto heels to the balls in rapid succession might do it.
Have some hot celeb act like she’s interested in him, set up a meeting at “her hotel room”, and once he’s there have a crew come in and beat his ass to shreds.
What’s astonishing is that he gets away with it in Europe. If he can get through, a guy with a bomb/knife/gun could get through.
FYI: There’s a Philadelphia DJ company called “No Macarena”.
It sounds like he might have been running one of those rent-a-supercar services that is geared toward one or two day short term rentals by non-rich people. A month’s worth of one day rentals would add up to much more than the $7k/month Swizz was paying on the lease.

The thing about the article is, it mentions “monetization” of prisoners in passing, but that doesn’t really require prison labor. Simply cutting costs in order to ensure profitability on each inmate, and lobbying for laws that provide lots of inmates, are sufficient for that.
That’s not really a loophole. That’s specific text allowing it in the case of conviction for a crime, put in intentionally at the time of drafting the amendment.
I think one horrible person is tolerable. It’s when most of the characters are horrible that there’s a problem.
She pops up in Black Books as an old friend of Fran (Tamsin Greig) at a hen party.
God forbid anyone slander an inanimate object. You freak.
“The trailer also shows how loopholes in the constitution and the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery have essentially allowed it to continue via criminal conviction”
