They should have just built the cost of it into the MSRP and advertised it as something that makes them “better” than Ford trucks. Putting it in all of them would have reduced the cost substantially and it’s not like people aren’t going to buy Chevy/GMC just because more expensive than last year.

High gas prices only hurt the most vulnerable. They don’t hurt the Millionaires filling up their Canyoneros. They do hurt the Walmart employees filling up whatever shitbox they drive that barely gets them to work without breaking down.

It’s weird. I had a Pixel 2 XL with OLED for 5 years of heavy use and had no burn-in whatsoever, even though it had an always-on display. But when I went to buy my TV I was hyped for an OLED and then I noticed that every single OLED in the store had burn-in even though they were all playing relatively long demo reels

No couch co-0p though. :(

The sun is powerful enough to power the entire planet. The problem isn’t the sun, it’s our technological ability to harness that power. We need better ways to gather solar energy. Sure, current solar cells will keep getting incremental improvements. But we could really use a major breakthrough... maybe something

He had to type it because he couldn’t say it with Elon’s dick in his mouth.

Hell yes! But it needs to look more 80's cyberpunk so I can pretend I’m a bladerunner.

Yes, this truck will either sell or not sell based on how the target market *perceives* the range and towing figures and how one affects the other. Even though in actual usage to 90%+ of them 90%+ of the ownership period those numbers will not matter.

I wonder why nobody has thought of taking a setup like this and adding push/pull functionality so it can work as a flight yoke in flight sims too. Foot pedals could already be used as rudder pedals... Done in high quality it could make for a great comprehensive setup for all kinds of sims. Racing, flight, military,

So what’s the deal with laying this horizontally? I know it is possible but nobody is really talking about it. Does it require a stand to do so? I don’t have anywhere I can put it vertically that it will fit, but it will fit just fine horizontally in the same place I have my PS4 Pro horizontally.

Mine was more fun to drive than ANY of my Miatas, and I’ve owned an NA, NB, and NC. It also had colder A/C than any of them, if that is something you care about. Mine was a daily driver in the south so it definitely made a difference to me. It was immensely less practical, even when I removed the spare from the frunk

Buick Encore GX ST

True, that is the other way they can do it. Just go IFS across the lineup, then have a Mopar branded SAS conversion kit that is dealer installed and warrantied for the hardcore.

It makes me wonder if Jeep can design an IFS for the Sahara model that serves as the mass-market mall lot model anyway. Then keep the solid axle on the Sport model for the lowest price, and the Rubicon for the credibility/capability.

They neglected to mention that the IFS will make the Bronco better and safer to drive on-road, where 99% of these vehicles will spend the majority, if not the entirety, of their lives.

The guy might well be an enthusiast. Sure, those aren’t “good” cars, but they are all weird and different from your average boring car. A lot of enthusiasts appreciate cars that are for one reason or another objectively “bad” just because they did something notable or different whether it is styling or features or

There is a HUGE difference between saying “I want more power” when the car in question is one of the slowest new cars on the road sold today with 10+ second 0-60 times and a 300+ horsepower car that is actually quick. That’s a disingenuous comparison at best. You don’t have to be a “Jalop” and it is not unreasonable

Yep. I have a 60 mile per day commute. I’m only just now being able to consider an EV as the next car to replace my Civic for daily driving to work now that Tesla, Chevy, Nissan and Hyundai/Kia have models that have a driving range long enough that I don’t have to worry about what if I can’t charge overnight for some

Arizona Sunshine is also quite fun with the Aim.

I *hate* the level with the consoles you have to destroy. I could never remember which rooms they were in. I just want to beat up punks! That’s probably why I like SOR2 better than SOR3. Remake is the best of both worlds though, IMO.
