Arrow likes to do the "it is dangerous to go alone" trope for characters other than Oliver, but I feel like they take pains to make it less about "abandoning the leader" and more about "abandoning the group." The lesson isn't that Oliver is always correct, but that the group tends to make correct decisions more often

Hader was talking about Kenan on the Bill Simmons podcast, and he said that Kenan was a total glue guy for the show. They can stick him in literally any role in any sketch and get a B+ performance out of him. That's huge. It's the stuff Phil Hartmann used to do (except Hartmann hit everything out of the park).
