Thats pretty much the smallest least important problem in existence.

Talk to the businesses who have a sign that says “We reserve the right to refuse service” first.

This is literally the least important thing governments need to get involved with.

as someone who has botted across multiple games for years this is a common misconception even in the botting community. Most companys don’t look at “botty” behavior but instead straight up detect it with programming. Lots of cheats inject or alter the code and if blizz can detect that stuff people get banned.

“Its quite similar to speed runners”

If that GIF is any indication of action that gets caught for a ban, I’d imagine it’s as simple as detecting, within a certain baseline tolerance, sufficiently “robotic” cursor movement and confirmed damage/kills. I’m sorry, but you’re probably cheating if you can make basically a perfect triangle between a point

Using illegal cheats in competitive online games is in no way similar to speed running.

Others do it because they want to ruin other people’s fun, or that they actually really suck and their fragile little ego can’t accept that they don’t win at everything.

I get enjoyment out of games from the challenge. ”

The same kind that then takes to the forums to complain about their “completely unfair and unjustified ban”

Can someone explain to me the mindset of someone who uses these cheats. I get enjoyment out of games from the challenge. If you’re just clicking to win, how is that fun?

What kind of sad little shit cheats at online games?

Yup! Fighting is the last best option, running or finding cover and concealment are best, if possible. We were told to try to grab fire extinguishers if possible. You can fuck someone up with them (ask Len Koenecke). Or spray the attacker enough to distract them and let you or others get away.

When is Obama coming for the guns, again?

The five stages of coping with spree killings:

Holy shit people. Its run first hide second and only fight back if you have no other choice.

Aww hell, I woke up in this world again.

Fight is the last resort. Note that it’s listed third.

I’m seeing some criticism of the fight part of the message. It’s a list of priorities. Run if you can, hide if you can’t, and fight if you’re found. The truth is that if an active shooter finds you and you don’t fight you’ll die anyway. It doesn’t mean to proactively go out and play Yosemite Sam trying to hunt down

If you can’t run, and you can’t hide, you have no other recourse. Historically, there are no hostages in these situations.
