Thanks for answering. That makes sense.

I’m sorry for what you are going through and hope you make a full recovery.
If that is the case, then why is ultrasound almost always the follow-up?
It’s like Deadspin just heard of Pinkwashing.
I recently argued with my GP about having a mammogram at age 48. He insisted that I should have already had a few. Meanwhile, my GYN has told me that since I am in peri-menopause, a baseline mammo now is useless. Something about breast density changes?
Also, women’s breasts go through so much change during peri and actual menopause that a baseline screen in the mid to late 40’s is virtually worthless.
Or just ultrasound, which seems to be the go-to follow-up diagnostic. Why not just start with the better test first?
That’s the one that always comes to mind for me. How foul would that room smell after just a few weeks??!!
WHO???
The back of the dress in the last picture is gorgeous!!
This is not even close to being a new thing. Definitely not a trend in the making considering how many years these things have been for sale.
she wouldn’t admit that she’d been caught in a misstatement
You missed the point that a street that had been named something else (coincidentally, Delaware Avenue, as in Delaware Indian) was renamed TO Columbus Blvd in the same year that a more forward thinking city decided to do away with Columbus Day because obvious.
They are like tree skunks!
The famously progressive city of Berkeley California “celebrated” the 500th anniversary of Columbus’ discovery of the New World by changing Columbus Day to Indigenous People’s Day. That was back in 1992.
Was that before or after she was into Kabbalah?
Oh! Like IPA!
Here’s hoping that eschewing fish becomes de rigueur. Tired of being side-eyed by my foodie friends for disliking fish.
Copy Cat Pizza Rat?
Congresspersons can wear jeans to work? IDK, it seems like a grown-up job with a requsite grown-up wardrobe.
