And this happened in Oakland, the most diverse city in the country.

They don’t like the idea that those people might be able to use a well-timed abortion to help lift themselves out of the cycle of poverty. To them, not being in poverty should be for white people only!

I skipped last weekend on New Leaf for the first time since I got it a year ago and during that time my absolute favorite villager decided to move out because of my absence. Animal Crossing is not kind to people who don’t play it!

Yep. Can’t play my Wii U on my lunch break or on the bus.

That would mean diverting tax dollars away from dropping bombs on weddings and hospitals and towards caring for our own citizens! Where do you think we are? Europe? This is AMERICA, lady!

I’m sorry your financial situation is so poor you can’t wrap your head around this (and I really hope it improves for you soon! Living like that is horrible!), but most of us don’t require every single cent which passes our way and are able to spend those spare cents on things we enjoy, such as collecting games

You really don’t have to be “rich” for $500 a year to be a modest expense which can be made without sacrifice.

9 consoles is about 2 a year which, comes out to about a dollar a day. Not that much to spend on a hobby you enjoy if you don’t have huge student loans or kids and live in a reasonable area of the country.

The 3D PC (and presumably console?) early Harry Potter games were also a delight.

This episode is 20 years old and US politics can still be summed up by:

You can roll a Death Knight fresh without any 55+ characters now. I wouldn’t recommend it to a new player though as it’ll still spit you straight out into Outland and nowhere will kill your enthusiasm for WoW faster than Outland.

Never have I felt more grateful to have gone to an all-girls’ school. Our “graduation-year prom” was just us all getting together in the gym with fancy dresses on, having a laugh and getting drunk for the first time.

WoW didn’t get worse, you got older.

Vanilla servers are a strange paradox. People like them because there’s a definitive endpoint to work towards which will never change, but people get upset when retail doesn’t churn out some new endpoint to work towards every two month and complain that there’s nothing to do.

Is there enough to do at Blizzcon to keep somebody who’s only really interested in one Blizzard franchise happy?

We have 999 happy haunts, but there’s room for one more!

I’m childfree too, but I see this the same way as the same as sick leave.

That took me back to my months of wiping on Heroic Saurfang 10, and finally managing to kill him as the last man standing with 3% HP to spare.

So they were totally cool with moving to a state which doesn’t fully respect the basic human right of body autonomy for 50% of its residents, but now that state has added another 5% of the population to their shitlist suddenly that’s too far? And this should be applauded? k.

I’m really annoyed about the TRU balls. The Mew one was available from Gamestop in January for $9.99 which was just the figure inside the ball, none of the excess packaging. The TRU-exclusive Celebi and Jirachi have been a whopping $16.99 with absolutely nothing extra to show for it than packaging.
