Having spent the last 6 weekends working on fixing just about everything mechanical and cosmetic on a 1999 VW I’m busting out the crucifix and garlic at this one!

As bad as a feature like this would be, it would be kind of neat to see a simple “### people shared this via DM” or something more anonymous, just for the sake of seeing how your tweet proliferates. Unless they do that somewhere already.

I worked at the school library in 5th grade and read this solely because it had a dragon on the cover. I wasn’t disappointed in the book at all but to a 5th grader it really needed more dragons!

I’m the opposite, I can’t stand seeing broken stuff, especially if it’s something I know is easily fixable, be just ignored on a car. I’ve been working on my roomate’s car in return for him letting me take it to work when there is hail warnings, and little htings like the visor clip being broken off ($3) or a turn

I wanna know why this was article recommended to me in 2019! The algorithm is off the rails today.

With my house it was:

I’ve always seen high mileage as a badge of honor, especially in some of the less reliable makes. I’d rather see a 430K mile example of an older car than a 43K mile one!

That looks cool as all getout but I don’t know if I’m ready to give up up the wonderful world of physical keyboards for it. Although I do like the idea of using a wireless keyboard and having it be one giant screen, that sounds cool! Or sort of slightly folding it like an open book and having two vertical split

At that price you might be needing white lines of the Grandmaster Flash variety

10,000 for a 30 year old Chrysler product? April Fool’s day was yesterday!

I remember a caller calling in to Car Talk about a diesel engine issue getting worked on at a dealer under warranty and they briefly mentioned they had installed an emissions bypass to “roll coal” and were removing it to hide that from the dealer and Tom was livid. I don’t even remember if he answered the guy’s

I’m glad they include Smeargle in these things, but even more the inclusion of Mime Jr. Gen IV needs some love now and then!

This has Ford’s staple offset side seats! Luckily this one stays mostly exhaust free!

Now that I have a garage this may be doable. I’ve had this 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria Country Squire for a little over a year now and use it for almost every 1+ hour drive I have to do out of town. My last LTD Wagon had a bad previous owner history, body damage, and electrical issues and was an uphill battle from

I didn’t realize this was a sports article when I saw the headline on another site and first thought this was going to be about music!

I was going to say that nobody I knew who had a Caliber had anything good to say about it, but everyone I know who was looking at one ended up dodging that bullet of mediocrity and bought something else!

That’s funny because I was going to be parked across from you until I requested specifically to be next to your Lexus so I could talk to you about it!

I’m kicking myself for not taking a better photo of my car but I had a blast with the Lexus LX450 owner I was parked next to, pretty much sold me on finding one myself!

Collecting the literature for a car is one of the best side hobbies for a classic car you can have. People love seeing that kind of stuff at shows! Here’s the collection I have for my 89 LTD Country Squire:

At $1,800 it’s hard to say no to just about any car that’s running without leaks.
