My resolution this year is to turn my roomate’s neglected barely-daily-driver (he works from home so he never drives it) 1999 B5 VW Passat into the emergency car that I can use in inclement weather. I don’t want to take my Geo or my LTD out when there’s hail or tornado warnings/ bad storms so I’ve offered to work on

I suppose after seeing this I’ll stop questioning why school buses have to stop for EVERY crossing they come to!!

I’m buying myself a new buffer and a rigit spare tire cover for my Tracker, but that’s the extent of my self-gifting this year. I was gifted one of those vibrating multi-tools, so I’m going to have to find some uses for it!

I had completely forgotten that Nissan had a 240RS Group B rally car themselves, and that it had probably the coolest logo-grill I’ve seen on a car. Just slam the stencil right on the mesh and spray the logo on in block letters!

I made the mistake of not looking to see if all the warning lights come on when you first turn on the ignition in a vehicle. It wasn’t until I was digging into some other problems I realised “wait a minute, the check engine light NEVER comes on!” and pulled the cluster to find the bulb pulled. Luckily in the truck I

I had a similar issue with Skype, which I have been trying to move away from more and more, with an artist I was working with. They gave me their final tallied up price for all of their work and asked for the final chunk of the payment. One of skype’s ‘smart’ replies was “Make me”

I was looking at the 93 Bronco they had in their inventory just a few days ago... I wonder if it survived!

As the owner of two LTD Crown Victora wagons (an 87 fleet S model and an 89 Country Squire), I can say with all certainty they are some of the most versatile vehicles I have owned. The 302 is neigh unkillable, in my stupider years I blew a coolant return hose and seized the block while on the highway, and with a new

*me, pounding my fists on the table, tears streaming from my eyes*

Ford could slap on the wrap-around rear glass and call it the Bronco II or the Bronco II 2

It makes me think more of a Bronco II than a Bronco

If I slam my greasy hog while the car takes me TO work, what am I supposed to do instead of working AT work?

It’s a shame they went with the 8-bit cries for everything but Eevee and Pikachu because I’m pretty sure for Pokemon Snap they went and recorded actual name-voice lines for all of the pokemon in that game, and if I’m correct there was almost the entire 151 roster in that one!

This scooter snaps in the same spot as the one pictured. You can see why!

Given how much abuse I’ve seen the average Lime scooter take, I’m not surprised these are falling apart so quickly. I’m having flashbacks to when Razor scooters were all the rage and they were thrashed by just about every kid who could get their hands on them.

8Gs is probably a pretty fair price knowing how much people are clamoring for 80s and 90s SUVs in fairly decent shape these days!

As the owner of a wood-paneled vehicle myself, no price is too high for wood panelling and accent trim that’s in that nice condition! I dread the day when I’m finally gonna have to break down and find the matching ‘rosewood’ to replace the car with! The clearcoat on the trim is already starting to peel off and lose

As a child my mother made me watch every episode of Ally McBeal with her... I’m not sure what that did for my developmental growth and bonding with her but I will forever have that dancing baby seared into my brain!

The chime module on my truck is on its way out and once in a blue moon in the midst of the already high pitched beeps it gives an absolutely shrill screech noise. At least I’ll never leave the headlights on!

Four brands selling the same blatantly badge-engineered car?
I guess history does repeat itself...
