That won't change the time up here. It's like that because they are closer to the equator. Their amount of daylight hours don't change much throughout the year. We get almost no light in the winter and yes, more hours of daylight in the summer because of the tilt.

I'm in Detroit, too, and I feel the exact opposite. (I'm in my 40s.)

I'm OK with that.

I would be totally OK if this was the last time change. No more forward, no more backward. Keep it "daylight savings time" forever and ever, like Puerto Rico. I'd rather have more light in the afternoon than first thing in the morning anyway.

The bottom of that suit also is not "full coverage," which is what I need. I don't want my cheesy cheeks hanging out. Not a good look on me.

I do something similar on Christmas, but my song of choice is Prince's "Another Lonely Christmas." I love the U2 idea, but again, Prince wins out with "1999," even if it is passe'. I like to get hammered and super-depressed in order to feel like it can only get better.
