I do put mine there often but if you need to reach it for some reason while in transit it’s a pain. Like needing it at a drive through window for instance. If you have a passenger it’s in the way. The back seat means it gets lost and is harder to just pull out when needed.

I wash my legs in order to exfoliate. Dry skin here too. Moisture won’t work if it can’t get through the layer of dryness on the outside. I have also found that while I don’t shave my legs everyday if I don’t exfoliate before shaving I have more trouble with razor rash.

Yes on the legs and the feet for me but for different reasons. Your feet are little colonies of stinky bacteria and need to be washed. For me I learned to wash my legs because I have dry skin and they need exfoliation in addition to moisture post shower.
