Just so you’re aware, those foods you’ve listed as being naturally high in MSG just happen to be on lists for possible food migraine triggers. MSG is absolutely on the list of migraine triggers. Along with chocolate and coffee, which are both on the list of possible triggers and possible prevention factors.
