Yeah, I tried to get one... dealer was willing to resell after figuring out “market adjustment”, got a call some months later saying the market adjustment was “$500k”. It’s a great car, but I wasn’t willing to pay a $500k premium for one. If you must have a 911 I would just get a regular Carrera or Carrera S. 90% of

:( No roadster replacement, really sad...

I think you are taking what he said a little too literally. I for one would pay for more cooling in my Tesla!!! More power, more of the time!!!

I think the system as marketed extremely aggressively as not fully autonomous. Mercedes has almost an identical feature in the S-Class and no one is even mentioning that.

You should see the stupid shit my wife posts on facebook, I cringe everytime she gets the phone out.

I don’t have a problem with them using the word “autopilot”, however the marketing department should have realized that 80%+ of population don’t know how autopilot works since it is a feature exclusive to airplanes. I personally would have stuck to car terms.

SABINE and her twin sisters if you know what I mean... (.(.)

OMG... more Tesla click bait...

In some states, devided highways have intersections. Funny you replied to this comment, they wrote 6 or so new clickbait articles since this one.

Last time I checked Tesla isn’t a self driving car.

Yes... race pace is exactly what I meant. Regular driving with it, I never had a problem.

So far from a production car... really should just have it’s own designation. Trying to hold on to the 911 heritage is getting stupid at this point.

Well what is your definition of very hard? I took it to a track day and in about 5 minutes of a 20 minute session the car went into reduced power mode. I have a 2013 P85. Almost any gasoline car can do a 20 minute lapping session. The car won’t tell me what’s overheating on the display, and Tesla center just told me

Not even close to being production, you take my Tesla and send it up the mountain, it will overheat in less than 5 minutes. Clearly modifications were extensive. I think pikes peak should revise production rules. ie... unaltered drivetrain, same curb weight or higher as production vehicle with ballast as necessary,

Overheating is a serious issue with Tesla.

At least it won’t rust unlike ALL of it’s competitors.

Tesla will sell/install new fascia. I don’t see the point of going to a third party company.

How is this a story? C’mon...

There is a press car and yet I wasn’t even able to get one... one dealer did quote me $100k over MSRP. But I’m sure that was a customer selling his order back to the dealer so they can resell it to me. This is why I like corvettes, they make as many as they can sell. :) Lovely car otherwise.

Never had a problem.
