It’s just Norwegian.
It’s just Norwegian.
So the mailman Sylvia is banging is totally Stan Lee, right?
I know it’s silly but I’m bi and hearing Loki say ‘a bit of both’ was pretty thrilling for me. But yeah other than that the episode didn’t do much for me. Still on board with the show though.
I swear, it looks like someone drew fake eyes on her eyelids and she’s actually napping.
It’s amazing how much easier it is to have a musical career when you have such a huge economic support behind it.
Well, I mean, at least she used the family money for something creative I guess. It is amazing how easier is to have a musical career when you have such a huge economic support behind. How money allows you to persevere. How money lets you have these mistakes. How money allows mediocrity to be judged as “well, actually…
Good for her! Now I fully expect to read that the lightsaber kid has been cast as a Jedi in season 3 of Mandalorian.
If you’re not delving into the Castilian language voice-over credits to comb for clues, are you really even paying attention?
Maybe I am just old but it just sounds over produced and generic. Its better then “Friday” but I think the only reason we are even talking about this is because Friday was such a cultural shit show and its like “He look, now she doesn’t completely suck”
There’s a big difference between her and Rebecca Black though: Black was a pre-teen kid not hurting anyone while “Cash me ousside” was a destructive malicious malcontent.
Loki-137, you are not following the rules and the Council of Lokis have approved your destruction.
The credits for this episode list the character as “Sylvie,” not Lady Loki.
Yeah I’m not a fan for this reason. The whole submerging into a part just seems like gaslighting to fellow cast and crew who suddenly find they aren’t dealing with an actor, but their character.
Is it just me, or has every single case of so-called method acting you’ve ever heard of just sound like it was an excuse to be an asshole? For some reason, no one ever seems to do it when they’re playing a nice character.
Glad someone finally pointed out the obvious Doctor Who vibe to the show, the zaniness, the music, kooky locales, etc. So the variant is a female Loki but I’m also getting potential variation of the Enchantress, which is a character I’m continually surprised they haven’t used in the MCU.
Bonnie Tyler's agents are really raking in the bucks this week...
I loved how Mobius is able to understand Loki and use it to get what he wants. That balance of insight (scared little boy lashing out) and taunting (you can’t take it that there’s a superior version of you) that rally gets to Loki. He hates being predictable and he hates pity even more and he hates not being the…
I don’t mean to be overly critical, but the passive language in the headline is bullshit. The lede is much better. “...car drives into a crowd of people” vs. “...man drove his car into a group of people” is a big difference.
For anyone who wants to rewrite this as ‘violent protestors’, just remember that the driver was still alive when the cops showed up.
