Especially up here in Canada where diesel costs more than gas.

My first truck had a recipe for taco soup that I still use to this day. Recipe was the best thing in that deal.

Lotus 3eleven. Purpose built track car, not straight line fastest but can fly in the curves.

Seems terrible but its my differential fluid on my Sonoma. They have a slight weep every time they get in 4x4 in the front. Just need to top the fluid but that involves taking off a skid plate with 2 stripped bolts. Must be something wrong with my eyes because I just can’t see myself doing it.

Autocross. Usually just people like yourself running around in there daily driver with little to idea what they are doing. Not many other motor sports where you can jump in your Baja Bug or Equinox and participate.

CEO of GM perhaps? Mary Barra is trying to rebuild a brand that was once the world leader. Many think she was put in place to take the brunt of the backlash from the recalls but she looks to actually making a difference and demanding quality.

Clarkson. Not that he is influential to auto-makers but he is influential to the enthusiast. They played around with the best of the best and made it a show non-car people like. Without these guys being on one of TV’s most popular shows it could mean a slow decline of enthusiast cars and decline of new enthusiasts.
