It was the only one sold in that area so I assume its that one. First time seeing a super car on something other than a poster from the Book Fair.

As other commenters have said, about 30% is a safe bet. I am actually under that now but it has allowed me to take a 5k-ish trip every year. I am also lucky enough to live someplace that my needs in a house are possible at 30%

Happened to me up here in Canada. They list the property tax on the listing at about 1100 a year and then I get the property tax the next year and its 2000, colour me confused! But the price they were paying was based on the last time the house was sold at about 130k. So when I bought it at 190k it had quite the jump!
