Most games have a sensitivity option for lookspeed, with the highest setting being almost unmanagably fast. Whether that means .2 seconds..not sure

They won't, it's the same here in California. Cops need to be more rigid with bicyclists, ticketing them for riding on the wrong side of the street, not stopping or yielding for signage/other vehicles, and riding on the sidewalk. The ones that don't follow the law are a hazard to themselves and other motorists…
