That’s a heavy criticism of a combat system you’ve only seen in action and haven’t played yourself. If that’s the case then why play any game?

and you know what, yeah, if someone really loves Zelda 1 and finds future entries into the franchise daunting for whatever reason, like the combat getting more complicated, then they can keep playing Zelda 1 all they want, the game isn’t deleted just because theres new entries into the series.

We’re getting a new FF game, it’s called FF7 Remake. It’s a new game, not a port, and it’s not exactly the same as the game we already played. It’s also so far being split into two games.

As far as Final Fantasy active combat games, I was impressed by this system so far.

Midgar is pretty huge so I like the idea of expanding it, but theres so much outside of Midgar that the structure is very curious.
