Yeah, I backed a board game on Kickstarter, and its production is being done in China, where the factory was shut down for a while due to continued issues with COVID. They’ve been keeping a steady trickle of information and updated release estimates, including pictures of prototypes as they come in.

I think it would be more appropriate to despise publishers/developers that throw out ridiculous “release dates/windows” that will inevitably get pushed back.

“Without any problems” might be a bit generous. Needing a 128 GB memory card to even fit the game (do those even work in the Switch?), only half-decent wifi to connect to the server, fairly uncomfortable controls (unless playing on a proper controller in docked mode).

It’s definitely a plus. “Switch + TV” is leagues ahead of any other gaming arrangement when it comes to keeping things cool. My HDMI amp alone produces an absurd amount of heat on its own when not doing anything.
