The way I saw it often, the game I see often compared to Monster Hunter is free to play Warframe due to some of the loose similiarities of the “farm for materials through missions” structure. But... it’s not the most apt of comparisons.

If Warframe can be very much hack&slash(&shoot) space ninjas... I’d say that

That basically remind me of a piece titled something like “Games of Thrones has a Fullmetal Alchemist problem” which basically was drawing parallels between the Fullmetal Alchemist original anime that progressed faster than the original manga and basically had to “make it all up” as it progressed because the source

He was and is sorely missed tbh.

I see two outcomes to this movie:

Bad outcome: It’s horribly bad and we all forget this ever existed as we collectively scour it from our brains with bleach.

Best outcome: It’s STILL horribly bad but Jim Carrey ends up hamming it up so much as Robotnik/Eggman we all get the DVD for “guilty pleasures movies” nights

Bad scenario: It’s incredibly bad and we all forget about it later.

Hypothetical better scenario: It’s still incredibly bad but Jim Carrey ends up having so much fun playing Ivo Robotnik that we all later end up watching it on DVD once in a beer-binged while alongside Street Fighter’s Mr.Bison played by Raul Julia for

The question is...

Will it be “I now need to cleanse my brain with bleach” bad
or
will it be instead “like that shitty Street Fighter movies that’s horrendously bad but somehow redeemed by the guy playing the villain having way too much fun” bad.

(RIP Raul Julia, you glorious son of a Mr.Bison)

I need to watch the trailer but only because I know it’s going to be horrible but wondering if Jim Carrey might at least channel that Dr.Eggman role into something like a fraction of Street Fighter’s Mr.Bison as played by Raul Julia.

Nothing is ever going to top Raul Julia’s Mr.Bison obviously in the “awesomely played

To be honest, I think the guilt remains purely on the teasing of it as “Persona 5 S”.

Not because the “S” automatically imply Switch, but rather because of the unrelated precedent set by “Dragon Quest XI S” being revealed as the Switch “enhanced” port of Dragon Quest XI.

So because of that precedent of another RPG(even

To be honest I’m a bit disapointed because I expected a port too, but in hindsight it wouldn’t have made much sense.

After all they’d revealed Persona 5: The Royal hitting consoles next year as an “enhanced” edition of Persona 5.
So by that account it would have been illogical to reveal “Persona 5 S” as a Switch port

Thinking about it, I wonder if this is just setting the ground for the port. After all there’s not a huge precedent of Persona games on Nintendo let alone the Switch(which is bringing in a lot of new players).

Introducing first Joker, then this game(where Joker also appear) may actually be a way to set the ground for

Personally, thinking about the RPG roots of Persona... if this can lead to another Dragon Quest Heroes(with it’s leveling system, exploration-lite, actual hub and NPCs to not mention skills and spellcasting system) rather than another Hyrule Warriors(a reskinned Dynasty Warriors, forts defenses and masses of “allied”

Yeah. Though I’d add that even joycons slotted into a grip feels like a very traditional layout, really. So even out of the box it feels more traditional than the Wii/WiiU or even the handheld DS/3DS line.

Sadly I expect even the ones hating him the most self-deluding themselves they can just out-wait him to be simply voted out or step down after the end of a second term after which finally the “adults” could finally get into the room to fix thing.

Which I’m starting to think may be very much the fantasy too many are

To put it simply.... we have a deluded narcissist who won’t face reality and might very well be ready to burn the country if things don’t go his way and on the other hand a sleazy slimeball of a yes-man whose likely only reason to be on that team was how much of a yes-man he was in his attempt to ever woo the

Reading this article remind me of when people were denouncing the Switch’ “hybrid” nature as “yet another gimmick” but, honestly, the Switch might be Nintendo’s most traditional console since the days of the Gamecube. Motion control fully optional in most case, no dual screen, touchscreen only in handheld mode and

Basically summing up in many ways why my own hopes for that Persona 5 S that’s been teased is for a separate Switch version.

Also, judging how “The Royal” is announced for next year, a Switch port that could release before even that might... not be too unlikely a proposition. Then again, the reveal of -what- “Persona 5

I like how all his mechanics feel familiar to players of different characters while still being very original.

Plus most SSDs tend to be smaller than traditional hard drives I think?

To be honest "people playing fewer indie games on the PC and more on the Switch" might not even just be a prediction for the future. It's already begun to be a thing of the present based on trends I've begun to observe.

And I hear some of the comments around just at the time of the Switch release here for about 400$CAD(due to disparity between canadian and american dollar) unlike the 350$USD price in the USA... a price of 500-600USD might have a hard time to go over even *now*.

Like I don’t dare imagine what that would mean in
