I had no idea who he was, just that the photo Megan posted was...nope. And his behavior was likewise douchey. But, as someone else mentioned, his apology was better than most.

The way I read it, it sounded either well-crafted by a professional or, as you said, surprisingly sincere. I still don’t like him, but I give him props for that.
