Yeah, there's no real "responsible" or "moderate" use of cigarettes, the way there is with junk food or alcohol.

Alcohol can be consumed responsibly in healthy amounts. Cigarettes can't.

As an ex smoker I am still bewildered that in some states, pot is illegal and cigarettes aren't. (Well, not really bewildered, tobacco= rich old white founding fathers, and Marijuana=minorities and hippies.)

CVS is private company, therefore they have the right to discontinue sales of a product at their stores. They're not infringing on smokers' rights.
