No matter what the next US administration is, with our mountains of debt and the coming war we are going to have to fight at some point in the middle east, there is no way we are going to be able to defend Europe. At what point will the Germans realize they need to rearm?

I would guess the police involvement will be limited to potential charges for traffic infractions, not unauthorized use (or whatever the equivalent law in Merry Ol' England may be).

I don't know Wisconsin law but in Ohio one can be cited for three things on private property: 1. OVI, 2. No OL/driving under suspension, 3. reckless operation. Reckless op requires "willful and wanton" actions. I'd have cited him in a second and put him in for a retest.
