I always do a Cody ride when I’m not feeling it that day!  Hannah Frankson rides to the beat too if you’re ever looking to mix it up.  Emma is intense! I like her 10 min arms toning exercises too.  I did a groove ride with Cody and Emma.  I’m no dancer, but it was a pretty good time. 

I love Cody and Tunde! I do really like Emma’s music, but find myself wanting to listen to songs I know during rides, but her music is more my style off the bike.  The instructors make ALL the difference.

They’re not yellers on Peloton.  I’m not part of any fitness club or group and never ever ever have been, but Peloton has something different and it’s not  yelling.  Peloton instructors aren’t SoulCycle or FlyWheel.  It’s different.
