Yea I know for some people sitting for a long time can wreak havoc on their bodies, my hubby is an example. He’s a big guy with a bad back so it’s helpful for him to stand as soon as he can. The key is situational awareness, and not blocking the aisles.

I was going to say something similar. It’s important to do the work and heal our past traumas but don’t put it on your kid to have a better childhood than you because you are trying to make up for where you feel your parents let you down.
