I would agree with you except Elon Musk did say to the WFP that if they gave him a plan he would give them $6.6 billion. They did and he basically ghosted them.

The President cannot decriminalize Marijuana. All the President can do is order agencies to consider rescheduling the drug so it is not a felony to possess it. The agencies who have that power do not have to do what the President says.

Saying “We can’t fix one until we fix the other” just creates an infinite loop of neither being solved.
