I remember being told never to stop if a cop tried to pull me over late at night, but to put on my hazards and drive to the nearest fire station, hospital ER or anywhere with a large well lit parking lot and lots of people around…

I think if a officer turns off their recording devices, any testimony and evidence gathered should be excluded from court. Period.
