I’m on gabapentin, LITERALLY 3 days after it is in your system, it stops making you dizzy, and that’s according to everyone else I know that’s on it as well. You are making excuses. Unless you have about 8 other medications to go with that, as I do, that isn’t even CLOSE to being able to make you bedridden.

We have a new puppy! I only had to do an 8 hour round trip in the car with my kids and my wee dog to pick her up. And we really didn’t know for sure that she’d be there (the SPCAs in this area are notoriously bad at updating their sites). But we got there before opening and we fell in love and took her home.

So, while I’m not super inclined to engage with all this, I feel like I should say that I am a disabled person who takes those exact same medications (and quite a few more), and that I therefore know a fair amount about them. Which means I can say that:
