This list desperately needs Old Man’s Journey. That game is so short but honest to god changed the way I view relationships. It affected me in a big way.

To each their own, but I find her tolerable in small doses. Manhunt is at least funny (to me anyway).

Or an empire being born, as in Trump sees himself as an emperor and is doing everything he can to establish himself as one. The only thing that usually keeps me from worrying is how incompetent he is at everything, however if they keep letting him get away with what he is doing...

People getting offended at the use of OK just sounds like made up fake outrage to me. I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, but then again, I too am an introvert.

I don’t think you can blame a lot of the terrible things that happened then on any one person, including the former president. Trump is a whole different creature, unilaterally making terrible decisions that benefit only him and his cronies. That said, I’m not going to make sticking up for Bush my hill to die on.

It turns out that when you drain a swamp, all you have left is algae and rotting plant matter festering in the sun.

You know the saying. If it’s stupid but it works, we’re all doomed.

I’m on board with the theory that he is a staff member. I have been here since the 00s, and am grey everywhere except the Root.

Back in my more broke days, a lot of personal finance advice made me give up on even trying to budget because the first point is always make sure your bills equal less than x. If they don’t, change your bills, as if that is an option for people barely scraping by. Just have more money, okay? Gee, why didn’t I think of

Eagles are a commonly used symbol in Germany, period. They represented Germany before, during, and after WW2. That part at least really probably is a coincidence. They have eagle symbols everywhere.

Sansa was chosen by the North, as was Jon before her. The Starks may have been the traditional mediator before them, but only because the other houses approved of it. They have had a pseudo-democratic( or maybe more republic) like approach from the beginning.

If anything it would be misogynistic if female characters were treated as if they were the only ones who couldn’t snap. The best part of GoT is how everyone is imperfect, and in that regard, equal.

Cheese curds.

You raise a few decent points, but the fact that this is your knee jerk reaction to an article about a school shooting proves to me that you are part of the problem. This is coming from a liberal who is also a gun enthusiast.

Ignorant maybe, but not a dumbass. It takes a little bit of real work to tune a modern TV, and sometimes you have to experiment. It’s reasonable to assume not everyone knows how to do that, and that is something HBO should have realized.

In other words, genocide.

I’m from SC, and I used to like Lindsey Graham for one reason. He used to be a political moderate who annoyed the hell out of conservatives here because he was always the strongest Republican candidate, leaving them in a position to where they were forced to vote for someone they hate. This man has never had a

I hate pretty much everything about this comment.

I find the point you make here interesting specifically because many of my fellow liberal friends have reacted to the far right gun nut crowd by becoming gun nuts themselves. I don’t need or want them personally, but I kind of get the fear that one day widespread organized violence could break out. Right wingers have

This is the US. Try to throw an egg at a senator and there’s a damn good chance you’ll get shot.
