He's trying to say that high concept has a specific meaning, and that it was misunderstood/misused in the review. And he's right.

Yeah. I caught that too. It seems counterintuitive in some ways, so I guess that is why the term gets misused. But the review got it 180 degrees wrong. High Concept most definitely describes BBT more than Community.
