Darn that it's a DIY mount (I don't have access to welding gear). Does anyone have a favorite inexpensive dual-LCD mount? I've been considering it for the double-desk I built for the wife and myself, and I'm open to either a wall mount unit or desk clamped one...

Yeah, I had the same thought. I can see the claim that stretching is beneficial for range of motion and some other overall health benefits, but will it help prevent injury when working out or not? If not, can we stop putting that on a list of reasons to stretch?

I'm just not sure, I'll reserve judgement for the un-shopped version. It might be good without the effects, but we'll probably never know...

Do you have textured or flat walls? If you have Knockdown textured walls like we do, I found I got better results by using a thicker roller cover (going to 1/2 inch nap instead of 3/8 inch). You'll have to be a bit careful because the roller holds a lot more paint and you're likely to splatter or have some dribble…
