It’s certainly not a cure-all, but generally speaking the larger the LEO organization, the better training/requirements for officers. OF COURSE there are still huge departments with gigantic problems.

I agree with the 2 series 6-speed as a future classic potential, but not the poverty spec. Well-spec’ed cars will always be more collectible.

Interestingly, the speedometer on the Bintelli (don’t let that Italian name fool ya) is the only other thing that’s ever broken.
