Wow, this thing is 100x more substantial than I would have expected. If I drove our many, many times more expensive EZ-GO golf cart over half of those roads, I feel like the steering rack would have broken off in my hands and I would have lost all of my fillings.

I know they’re your children, so communal germs and all... but as a childless germaphobe, I have to say, kids’ leftover milk? Bleh

I got a burrito from Taco Bell with a fly embedded in the tortilla.

From my 1966 AMC accessories catalog, front & rear windows. A whole lot of wacky stuff available back then.

One built now would probably be decent. Build it on the Mustang’s platform (which is actually a development of this same LS/S-Type/Thunderbird platform under this concept).

Yeah it’s definitely lacking a little, and there have been some more relevant posts since I said this. They could do a bit more though, even if reviews would involve too much potential contact right now, I would even appreciate someone just like walking around an empty dealership on a Sunday & looking at inventory

It’s definitely an objectively better looking car, but I think Ford made the right choice in selling it as the Thunderbird.

What’s your point? I was speaking generically about cars, not just this one.

As a long time car collector trust me when I say the worst thing a car can do is sit idle.

Haha. Yeah, last week all the beach parking lots filled by about 8am, as did the yards, and once traffic started backing up off the island, across the bridge into the nearest suburb the police had to contact the news to ask people to stop coming.

I’m in the same spot. Plus I’m in a resort area near the beach, so as of last weekend we’re getting out of state tourists again. I can’t tell you how aggravated I get every time I see a NY, NJ, PA, MA, etc license plate. Go home!

I haven’t worn my mask yet, got it ready though. I haven’t been inside a building that wasn’t my home since March, and I live in a more suburban area where we can stay at least 50 ft away from people. But yeah, as I jaywalk through traffic to avoid people, it still astounds me to see 5 or 6 strangers congregate at a

Same, no fast food at lunch and no excuses to avoid routine exercise. Put some jeans on the other day just to check because it has been since mid-March since I’d worn non-elastic pants. Oh yeah...

I go run early in the morning and yet there’s always people walking their dogs at all hours of the day and night. So I play “dodgeball” running back and forth across the paths to get our of their way.

I’m not a realtor, home inspector, so I go to 5-10 different houses a week. It’s been a few months, so I have no idea which one it was, I definitely have 200 pics of it somewhere, sorry. If I somehow remember a name or something later I’ll reply again.

Looks like it does in fact have a drive-out basement.

It’s like Laura Ashley vomited all over a Disney version of Monticello.

I’m betting the demo would pay for itself in helping this place sell. No one is going to want this weird town street basement, and at least once it’s emptied it’ll be easier for a potential buyer could envision a better use for the space.

Fair enough, it just seems like the other car blogs still have been posting new car reviews, whereas Jalopnik still seems mired in reposts & stuff from the periphery of the automotive world.

Is this now the 3rd article about this game? They really got their $50 worth out of the free copy with you...
