Was that the version that originally aired? For some reason I thought it was the Hendrix version.

Another classic one (imo) was from the underrated (imo) one-season wonder Strange Luck. Video isn’t great quality, but an innocent person is about to be executed by electrocution and the guilty person is racing to save his life.
I don’t know which of the two Hit Girl scenes (and needle drops) from Kick-Ass I love more.
In my head canon, Henry Czerny is playing the same character he played in Clear and Present Danger. :)
And seriously - blow the fucking truck up if you can blow up heads. Unless he knows something.
I loved it, but I love Sam Raimi. I still love all three Raimi Spider-Man movies more than any of the rest. I really wonder what the motivation would have been if this came out before WandaVision. Would they have introduced the fake children in the movie? Would she have been chasing America so she can find an…
One of my favorites was where two of the Super Friends were sent back in time to pre-historic Earth, so they calculated the future location of the Hall of Justice and buried their communicator so that the Super Friends would get the signal and determine exactly where in the past they were based on the age of the rock.…
I thought that was Kodos. ;) j/k
I was really hoping that was James Callis playing Tomb Buster Dr. Steven Grant, but I checked IMDB and it’s apparently someone named Joseph Millson. :(
Yeah, I was watching thinking, “I want to like this, but I’m not sure if I do.” At least it got interesting at the end.
Whoever this guy is, he looks like he’s the first model for an Elden Ring villain and not something that should have made it into the final cut of a Marvel movie.
I love that his workout hat appears to say “The Strongest Avenger”. :D
I really thought they were turning the corner with Shazam. It was so much fun.
I’ll be watching this again using the YouTube app on my Oculus Quest 2. :)
Yeah, the best I could do was beat the shit out of my little brother with a single length of track. It was almost as bad as a Singapore caning.
I never got the impression that no one know who he was. Vicki Vale was from out of town so it makes sense she wouldn’t know who he was. There is no reason why Alexander Knox shouldn’t have known who he was, though. He’s either an idiot or the worst reporter in Gothan. :D
I haven’t seen any of the animated Clone Wars, but I saw they are on Disney+ so I was going to start watching them. I saw something online that there may be a better way to watch them (chronological versus release order because I guess they jump around in time?) Any input on that?
I guess. In my mind, I think that because the Jedi’s had to build their own lightsabers it added a little mysticism to them and that maybe regular people wouldn’t have the specialized knowledge to build something to repel them. But I guess if enough Jedis go bad then it wouldn’t take long for that info to get out. :)
