The scenes with Richard Nixon are absolutely unwatchable, and drag me out of any immersion in the film. It’s like the actor is on SNL, doing a caricature of Nixon...

I really enjoyed Watchmen and own the Ultimate Cut of it. But I can’t imagine what someone who never read the graphic must have thought of it.

I’ve been scrolling through comments seeing people use the Friday to Sunday drop off argument and i’ve been waiting for someone to mention that it was Easter weekend. Thank you. :)

That was mostly a fun episode, but I still find the show Supergirl a little too eyeroll inducing. I’ve seen the first 3 or 4 and then episode 18. That might be it for me until the next crossover. I’m still loving The Flash, though.

It was. They literally said he was killed during the battle.

I really hope writing this was a cathartic experience that helped you spank your inner moppet or whatever because after the first paragraph or two I realized it wasn’t worth my time reading. You hated the movie. We get it. A whole lot of people liked it. And that’s great. I hate country music. A whole lot of people

Yeah, I thought it looked like he had a red Flash-like cowl thing on his head but it was pretty chaotic. I also had a hard time understanding what Lex was screaming through the jail bars at the end.

I was under the impression that was The Flash going back in time to warn Bruce that “Lois is the key” or whatever he said. But then there was a second “Bruce wakes up” so I don’t know if that really happened or if they are suggesting the Flash can only travel back and communicate with someone in a dreamlike state or

So, did you see it? Were they right in your opinion? I don’t think they were, personally. I really enjoyed it.

Now that I’ve seen (and enjoyed) BvS I’ve been reading some of the other reviews that I didn’t read before. This is the kind of crap that makes me want to dismiss an entire review outright.

I didn’t like Man of Steel much at all, but I enjoyed this. For what it’s worth.

Why did Flash’s piece need a second “wake up” moment?

I can almost forgive how bad Batman & Robin is because it gave us the footage of Mr. Freeze so it could be used in this video. :)

The only reason I even own Batman & Robin is because I wanted the DVD box set for the other three movies. I don’t think it’s ever left the box. Max Headroom Alfred was horrible.

See, for me bad reviews made me switch from seeing it in the evening in IMAX to seeing it at 10a this morning in regular def. I spent $5.50 on it and walked away pleasantly surprised. Did I think it was perfect? No. But I enjoyed it.

I did not like Man of Steel so I didn’t have a lot of hope for this when I first heard about it. But I was one of the few not freaking out when Ben Affleck was cast as Batman. I liked him as Daredevil and enjoyed that movie despite its flaws, and the director’s cut even more so. The more trailers I saw for this, the

I wouldn’t say he’s rougher on comic book movies. Hell, he’s the guy who (correctly imo) defended Spider-Man 3.

I can’t wait to see this. I love Movie Bob. His review of Pixels was priceless.

“You can look up the “Byford Dolphin” to read more.”

Can any of you guys who are smarter than me tell me if the rapid pressure change would cause any ill effects similar to the bends when you come up too fast while SCUBA diving? I’ve always wondered about that. Or is that totally different because in SCUBA you start out at surface pressure, get compressed under water,
