Okay, if anything sold me, this was it. :)

OMG! What a fucking douche!

I've definitely been concerned about the blob factor, so I'm trying to plan something out that's large enough and doesn't have too much fine detail. Thanks!

It's great to hear that the pain wasn't so bad, even on your hip. It seems like it'd be worse there!

Wow, that is absolutely gorgeous. Yours is near where I want mine! But smaller, so more like where the end of the red bird is sitting on your front shoulder. Did that area on the shoulder hurt more than the chest? Also, did you have a lot of discomfort with bra straps while it was healing?

Ah, you bastards in CO! What I wouldn't give...

Oh my god, people seriously come up and touch you like that??! I don't understand the human race sometimes.

Ah, smoking is such a good idea. I ran out recently though :( Maybe I can find some before I get it done...

Thanks so much! I think I found a good one in my area, at least it seems to be the best reviewed one I can find. How did you handle the pain, was it horrible? Is there any way you can put on some lidocaine before coming in to locally numb the area?

Your situation sounds similar to mine! I had a ton of medical problems a few years ago and my body now has tons of scars, so for a long time now I've kinda wanted to get a tattoo just to finally be able to look at something beautiful on my body that was my decision. Also just 'cause. :) But yeah, it's pretty much for

I have a question for those of you with tattoos!

I had eaten a rather potent pot brownie and was taking a taxi to a friend's house, when we got pulled over by the cops. Of course, this is also when the brownie started kicking in. Of course!

Estrogens are steroids too though!

Agreed with the others here in that I think age, body type, and urban environment are all factors. I'm 30 now and I still sometimes cannot believe how uncomfortable it is to go past a group of dudes sometimes in the city center :(.

YES! Came here just to post exactly that!

Oh my god. Where are these from?!

I am having a lot of complicated emotions from that comic...

I have a theory about why bad plastic surgery bothers us so much. There's a particular (relatively big) region in our brains almost entirely devoted to human face recognition. So that's why we notice someone who looks mostly natural but just not quite right, and feel an aversion to them. It is incredibly distracting

I'm 30 and have been using Retin-A for most of my 20s, and... wow. People think I'm in my early 20s. And I'm one of those idiots who went to tanning booths in my teens.

Oh my god, that would be amazing..
