If you can swing it, like it to keep it stock and don’t mind some spoilers, get the CR - it’s the most track ready s2k put out by the factory, and can still be dailied if you’re ok with a lack of soft top and use of hard top. Better high speed stability in the corners, better spring rates, lightened and stiffer…
Now this is a great car! I had forgotten this first generation Z06 had a naturally aspirated V8 (very smexy), but I vividly remember bombing down a country road in one. Interior was typical Chevy of the time, and steering was a little overboosted from what I recall, but what a ride. Oh, and a HUD to live out my…
Coming soon to a desert falcon hunting party near you.

Your car looks great - I love the color and the roof rack! After a series of adventures like this, I’m sure it/she/he now feels more like a family member or friend than merely a mechanical means of conveyance!
Agreed - I came across it when I learned about the Airbus A3XX (later A380) in the late 90's. Cool tech!
Considering the comments preceding mine, I would have to say my lightly modified 2008.5 Mazda Mazdaspeed3 (1st gen): timeless understated looks, compact exterior dimensions, light enough to have good dynamics, blends in with “normal” cars on the road, great interior (quality, ergonomics, features),…
