The fact they were bound together, facing each other, is significant to me. I can’t recall any suicide pacts I’ve heard of that involved watching each other drown.
with their waists and ankles bound together with duct tape.
Occam’s Toothbrush here. Razor has the day off.
I am loosely connected to the people who made the statue originally, and I can tell you that the thing is massive, took a very long time to fabricate, and was made with great care. It’s an art piece more than anything. It is truly mind boggling that the Sabrina producers thought they could just copy the whole thing…
Ah, I’m doxxing myself because my friends all know this story. I waited until daytime to write it because it scares me so much.
Same. I liked the one about the girls staying at the Luxor in Vegas.
I was just staying at a friends house and couldn’t believe how many open bottles were in the cupboard, barbecue sauce, cheese dip it seems weird. We’re in California too, so not that long ago it would have been 90+ in that kitchen unless she keeps the air conditioning going all day.
I was one of those girls who was in love with Rochester and I can tell you exactly why. During my adolescence I wanted nothing more than for some tall dark man to kidnap me and take me to his gothic castle or especially his strange underground cavern (i.e. Phantom of the Opera) where I would never have to see the…
Vote Vets pointed out on Twitter just how much bullshit this border guard thing is. They cannot legally do anything to “protect” the border. They can only provide logistical support. This is a political stunt, pure and simple, and a MASSIVE waste of time, money, personnel, and resources.
I agree. It really suffers in comparison to Haunting of Hill House.
When I first saw the “Shallow Focus” shots I couldn’t figure out why they were doing it. Then after about the tenth one I was starting to wonder if it was a production mistake on the director’s part when he said... I’m going to need a lens that will do that.. (and then he made a square with the thumb and index fingers…
It really is a pet peeve of mine when people throw popular filmmaking terms around to show off technical prowess. The blurred edges are not “shallow focus” and there’s pretty much no way they used it to make thing look “more witchy,” especially since it is not consistent from shot to shot. The image actually suffers…
So a sort of Uncanny Valley corollary for video games in which the realism of the environment highlights the unrealism of the NPCs and makes them more profane in comparison
We only shop at TJ’s for party prep and snacks. They have the BEST snacks.
People keep asking “why switch,” but it appears that the initial first 5 days to get through the blastocyst stage, the embryo is in a “receptacle” — i.e. the INVOCell device. The embryo would have to be removed from that device regardless—whether it occurred in a lab or whether the device was implanted into someone…
this fridge is my dream fridge.
I’m betting that this is all SponCon.
That’s amazing! It is crazy to me that it is cheaper even with basically a whole other surgical procedure to implant and then extract them from a HUMAN than it would be to just chill in a lab for a bit.
90210 were BRILLIANT on birth control. Still scorched on my mind ... Brenda and Dylan have just started going out and are maybe going to do it ... Brenda talking to Kelly, who’s just passed her a condom from her own bedside supply: B: “condoms? they’re so clinical”. K: “No dear. Abortions are clinical.” BOOM. :)
