The result is having to play with broken toys, already filled-in Mad-Libs, and dealing with clothes that are frustratingly worn to someone else’s body shape.

I owned a 2000 Expedition XLT 4.6 for 16 years. Besides regular maintenance, the only issues that I had were front end wheel bearings and the ABS module which I had rebuilt for $175.00. Gas mileage was not great but it was very comfortable on our road trip to and from Montana from SoCal.

These are mostly good trucks. Basically just a 10th generation F150 without the bed. The biggest issue is likely to be the 5.4's notoriety for either stuck spark plugs or blowing them out of the engine. Early 10th gen F150's had issues with water leaking in, but can’t remember if that affected the Expedition as well

Let me echo “nice price but not for me.” A tow rig, a hockey team worth of kids; cheap enough for the specific duties you might need something like this for. NP.

I’d hate to have to get into that car every day and have to look at and touch that steering wheel.

Pretty obviously used as a track car, the owner had extra fun, but the fun tax is that a track car is not worth as much on the market as a stock, more gently driven example. Looks to be great for its intended purpose, but priced too high.  No Dice.

And almost identical hp in the base engine without having been ‘massaged’.

That car just looks like it reeks of vapes and protein powder farts.

It seems like a solidly built car, but my rule of thumb in my own driveway: never expect a modification to add to a cars value, only subtract.

Overpriced and beaten like a rented mule.  ND.

I own a c5 and I love my C5. For the price is it is a fantastic car to drive. Granted I paid 12k and not 32k. I would never pay 32k for someone else’s track car.

Not knowing who did the mods, how hard it was rode, or how wet it was put away, gotta go ND with this one.

Is that car actually for sale? I live in Bend.

Exactly.   This might be an investment if it had 20-30K miles.  At 200K plus, it’s just a nice used car that you wouldn’t be afraid to drive.

Someone has to call ‘em as they see ‘em.

Hey!  He knows what he’s got!

I thought I might be a little harsh with my assessment that this car might be a nice buy at $8-9000, but looks like most of you put it even lower.

I misread and thought this was 4,999 and had me considering NP. at 15k the seller is out of their mind. Several things “investment grade” is not:

1. I drove a 2002 530i for about 4 months- it’s overall the best car I’ve ever driven. It’s good at everything, has unbelievable handling, is powerful enough, and the steering feedback and suspension are out of this world. It’s absolutely serene.

Selling dude is definitely proud of his asking price:
