one of my friends went to Stanford with Chelsea Clinton. Her take away was that she felt bad for her, not being able to go to the bathroom without men following her around.

I went to a very conservative high school in the 90's. It came out that one of the star football players had done ballet for most of his life, and really on quit when he started playing football. Fortunately no one said shit and I think it may have even helped other boys who were interested in that.

yeah. i’ve never bought a veggie burger, but i guess it make sense that they are made with wheat. I have celiac so now if i wanted to get off meat i’d not even be able to use fake meat. Now i’m pissed.

I’ve also had my simmons for 14 years. still very comfy though there is a small hill between my partner and I. It’s a California King, so there is space between us. I don’t care. still great.

Sooo... does it take place in the 70's or are we doing our kids hair and decor like it’s 1973.??

I have the opposite (also problematic) issue. My daughter only wants to wear dresses. I buy her cute pants and shorts, and it’s a battle. I dislike dresses, always did. I inherited this from my mother who felt dresses at school were impractical for play (they are) so I never got them. I grew up and even as a

barf. I hate that. No one (thank god) has yet said to me that my son (who is 2) is “flirting” with someone, but the first time I hear it, I may backhand them.

It’s gross. I have a two year old son and a 5 year old daughter. It’s gross.

I have a daughter and a son, and I’m dedicated to raising two feminists, and I’m pretty deliberate about doing my damndest to raise them the same. I can say that my son who is two is so much more wild and energetic than my daughter, and it’s tempting to say well, he’s a boy, when I know logically that they’re just

i mean, i’m thinking that he meant to kills his brother right? That’s not a coincidence.

I hope they’ve tested him for celiac disease. and even if they have, he should test again. I’m still so baffled by the number of people who don’t get tested, or the doctors tell them to eliminate gluten before testing. Its maddening.

I sometimes feel the way you do as well. I love animals, but one example that irks me is a very famous, extremely wealthy Bravo star who spends all her time and energy on charities for dogs, when children are living in cages at the border. Just one tiny bit of her energy and money that is spent on dogs could help

Snort. My inlaws have a mountain cabin in a small town in Nor Cal. It’s not nearly as popular as the beach or like Tahoe, (so maybe why they could do this) To prevent anyone building next to them, they just bought the empty lot. Granted, it was not that much... But the people you’re talking about should have put their

i think an easy thing is putting your purse, or work bag, lunch, something in the back seat every time. I have always done this, even before I have kids. Even if I walked into the office without it, it would take approximately 5 seconds for me to realize I don’t have my purse or lunch or briefcase. It’s sad, but we

Congratulations to you. I do think (commercial or otherwise) the requirement that the surrogate have already had a successful pregnancy is key. As someone who had super easy pregnancies and births, I know i could absolutely be a surrogate for someone, (if i were younger.) but I would never have risked it had I never

yes. I’m 40 and my parents, though comfortably middle class, could not afford to pay for my school. Yet, their financial info precluded me from aid and grants. It was frustrating.

yep. It’s a McMansion, through and through. I’m also born and raised in California and have never heard of this city. A suburb of a suburb. With that money they could have bought a small place near the beach, or something.

I too loved Red Lobster as a youngster, and probably ate their monthly from ages 18 to 25. Then took a long break and had it again and realized uuh... not that good... and didn’t know if they’d gone down hill or it was just me. Thought the biscuits were still delish to me. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease at 38 a

Yeah, I’m frustrated. I’ll be 40 on Saturday. Does Jezebel not want the older people to read? Should I have to google multiple words, or can they simply put the explanation in the article? None of this made sense to me. And the article is one I would normally read, I do skip the articles that are gamer related, etc,

You just can’t make this shit up!!!
