Car dealerships will jack up prices and blame the bridge collapse by this afternoon.
We went to the Lincoln dealer last week and they were pushing their loaner 2023s (and even a 2022 Nautilus) hard. I said we wanted to see the new ‘24 redesigned Nautilus and the salesman kept pushing their loaners (sold as new even though they all had around 3800 miles and the ‘22 Nautilus had well over 6K miles). Not sure why you don’t mention it, but the CRV that was hit was in the middle lane with the lights off at night. That is a recipe for disaster even with a human driver.
Seriously? They thought this might have been legit?
The last thing I’d want to be responsible for as a high school teacher would be securing a weapon. And the biggest thing I’d be worrying about would be my fellow pistol-packin’ faculty who feel that’d be no big deal.
