International flights aren't in the report, therefore there're completely irrelevant to the argument! Stop trolling.

I've seen that guy several times and didn't think he was a real person. He looks like a realistic sketch of a Muppets character.

Why are you defending the practice of charging for checked bags? You're acting as if that money that is collected doesn't go straight into revenues, and it allocated to upgrading baggage handling equipment. You're also acting as if SWA must be using 30 year old equipment since it has never charged baggage handling

What's with all the SWA animosity here?

This isn't uncommon at all, especially for private and commercial jets.

Can we have an entire blog just for SR-71 stuff. Because I'd visit that blog, daily.

It is truly mind boggling to think that beautiful plane was designed using slide rules. Something so advance before we even had proper color tv. I feel like the SR-71 was one of those leaps in technology once every few generations. Though we know how it worked and was made I often wonder if it could be replicated

"Only 61 years and 5 days later..."

My girlfriend doesn't like to kiss me when I come inside from the garage because of the way that I smell. I've been rebuilding various components of my Alfa Romeo - engine, brakes, axles - and I always end up smelling like grease. Showering just isn't practical. Should I try masking the grease smell with some gear

Pfft, I am on the mother's side here.

It came 61 years after the Wright Brothers at Kitty Hawk. Fifty years later, it's still unbeaten. That's kind of sad.

this is a powerful metaphor for white privilege.

If the Texans want to light up the scoreboard on offense they're going to need at least 100 watts.

Wrong. Just plain wrong.

So what, you want to let anyone who wants to carry a gun on board do so? Sorry, I don't want to live in that world.

And you don't know how the person who tries to take a loaded weapon onto a plane plans to use it.

I agree completely. He should be charged the actual value of the delay he caused, which is surely greater than $89,000.
