+1 for Carmax.

"Get mad at the shitty buyers who make it a tough marketplace."

Your comment has (at this time) 37 "stars". The three salespeople who rebutted you and defended their sales tactics have a grand total of (at this time) zero. There you go...

There is still a way to pay a fair set price for a car. Carmax. Most people think of them for used cars only, but they actually also sell new cars. It's kind of weird, because one store in the nation will have all the new Camrys. Another store will have all the new Pathfinders, etc.

Agreed. Maybe it's because I learned to drive in the 90s, or because I drive a motorcycle a lot, but I also like the horn buttons on the spokes. To me, it seems safer to be able to quickly honk with a thumb, rather that to have to remove a hand from the wheel and mash the center. And the mashing motion feels crass

I don't know if it is due to the era when I learned to drive (90s) or the fact that I drive a motorcycle a lot, but I like cars with horn buttons. I work for a major domestic airline. Last year, we had a professional, Federal Air Marshall accidentally discharge his sidearm inside of an active plane, in flight, with passengers around. Luckily, the bullet went down through his seat and lodged in structure under the floor. This is a guy who's job it is to carry

Their boobs are TOUCHING!!!!!

I see a whiter less attractive Dane Cook, with the hair of a Christian summer camp youth pastor.

My first time was in the back of my red two door '89. ...TMI...

Also had a red two-door with a manual. It made it to 286,000 miles on the original engine and transmission before rust ate it. The midwestern winters were hard on all of the substructure. That powertrain never left me stuck or stranded anywhere, though. I would really like to get an XJ beater again just to mess

It was also one of the few episodes of any TV show to ever feature a character from Indianapolis.

This really illustrates the advantage of a CV (constant velocity) joint versus the U-Joint shown here. A CV joint would have much smoother output shaft rotation. Granted, this is at a very high deflection angle, so changes in speed are amplified more than what you would see in most normal applications, but it is
