I’m married now, so not in need of dating strategy, but I’ve always preferred online dating to meeting IRL! Having mutual friends sucks when you break up, I liked being able to filter people by their archive of OkCupid questions (I have no idea if they’re still doing those, and obviously Tinder and whatever else

So what is you’re theoretically graduating with your master’s degree two weeks before getting married and then your 35th birthday is a week later?

There are lots of other things that need to be done, sure. Sharing your salary certainly doesn’t fix everything. But I will continue being open about my salary at every possible opportunity and encouraging others to do the same, because it’s one small thing that’s in my control. (I make $63,000 a year, in case anyone

I’ve been able to advocate for a higher wage for myself because of knowledge I had from other people about their salaries, and I’ve been able to share my salary to help other people advocate for the same. Never had anything bad happen because of it (except one time I had a boss tell me it was a fireable offense, but,

People having information that can help them advocate for higher salaries, especially when there is pay discrimination going on, is extremely good!

The cashier gets alerted when I scan alcohol and they glance over press the button that bypasses age verification. Not sure if I look super old now or if they just don’t care that much (probably both).

It will only let me snip a rectangle in a portion of each of my monitors. And it’s rarely the portion of the monitors that I need!

I haven’t been able to use the snipping tool in rectangle mode since updating. I use the snipping tool for work all the time, so it’s extremely obnoxious. Definitely slicked through all of these slides just in case it was addressed!

I feel like this article would be a lot more helpful if it told me how to figure out if my dishwasher has one of these sensors.

I haven’t done a close reading of the gossip or anything, but I suspect he’s just like, nice and funny and enjoyable to be around.

It was one of my favorite shows in recent memory, but also maybe I just have terrible taste, who knows.

I mean, I went to a high school where teachers weren’t allowed to mention condoms at all (yes, it was public). We also had a childcare on campus for students’ babies.

It would sure be nice if we were competitive with the European leagues we keep losing players to! But it’s something.

Eh, I lost 45 pounds without giving up sugar or snack foods. They weren’t the majority of what I ate...but I still ate them.

Yeah, eating until I’m not hungry anymore did not work for me...but counting calories so I figured out what it felt like to actually have eaten enough did.

There’s so much interest right now these days in women’s soccer, though...I don’t know anything about the pre-professional world, but it certainly seems like a good moment to capitalize on that interest. I mean the NWSL games I go to regularly get 20,000+ people in attendance.

I am very curious as to why you think people search for new jobs. Almost every time I’ve searched for a job I’ve had another job where I was actively accomplishing things.

Why would I care if my texts look green on someone else's phone...they're not green on my phone. (Also what's wrong with green?)

As someone who loves cocktails and hates being drunk, I would absolutely love for this to become standard on menus.

I don’t own a car and I would still really like to know the ABV of my cocktail...and I have absolutely been known to order a drink and ask for way less alcohol. (Obviously this works with some kinds of cocktails, where the alcohol is mixed with a large amount of nonalcoholic mixer, if you ask for a negroni or an old
