This show was not good and the main characters were very boring but I loved Vanessa, the queer teen plotline and also I dunno it’s a pandemic if you want to watch something stupid and mindless to distract yourself from the world being on fire and missing your friends, I recommend it?

My cat will eat it all, throw it up, eat the throw up, eat more food, etc. But also her instincts are very shaped by having grown up in a landfill...

My cat eat 8 times a day thanks to the recommendation of the cat behaviorist I hired. (My quality of live has gone up SIGNIFICANTLY since hiring her, best money I ever spent.)

I really wish I had a kid to do this for me yesterday when an unmasked person got into my building elevator with me!

I don’t have a single person in my personal circle who is going back to normal. Socially distanced masked outdoor hangouts, yes, but restaurants and bars? They’re open where I am but I don’t personally know anyone going.

This is not how masks work. Your mask protects someone else. Someone else’s mask protects you.

Wearing a mask gave me a lot of anxiety at first, but I’ve basically adjusted. I’m not saying it’s that easy for everyone, but as someone prone to panic attacks, I do get it. The first thing I would do is talk to your therapist and figure out a plan for working toward being able to wear it. Meanwhile, if you leave

The metro area where I live is around 2 million, so, not New York but not small. A few restaurants are doing their own delivery in response to COVID but it's just a handful. Before that, I knew of pizza places and one sandwich place that did their own delivery. A ton of places are doing curbside pick-up but I don't

I can't imagine using an app for a restaurant that does its own delivery but...it's so rare for restaurants to do their own delivery? Maybe not in every city but certainly where I live.

I mean, that’s kind of how I feel...there is a slight chance they might do something and so I feel like I am doing something helpful, even though I know there is definitely no solid evidence. The ones I have been sucking on have not been messing with my sense of taste so I will probably just keep on doing it.

It’s ridiculous. My 65 year old mom got really sick with a dry cough and lives in a city with community transmission. She works in a hospital. Didn’t get bad enough to be hospitalized, so no test, so we just don’t worry about all the medically vulnerable people she was working with leading up experiencing symptoms.

Get tested, huh? Wish that were possible in the US!

I know that zinc lozenges likely don’t do anything but my anxiety is at like an 11 and it’s kind of soothing to suck on them? I am also washing my hands very well.

Well here’s a Twitter thread

I was supposed to go to Thailand, Korea and Japan in two days but canceled two weeks ago. I am going to Vancouver BC instead in four days from Portland, OR. Seems like the spread of the virus is about the same there as it is here (community transmission is definitely happening) but there they're actually testing for

This is so dumb. I'm vegan and personally do not care about shared grills but if you do care, just say something. Most restaurants use the same cooking surface.

I mean, those lemon cheesecake donut do contain real food, it’s all local, organic, fair trade, from scratch, etc. That’s why they’re like $5.

As is the lemon cheesecake donut from my favorite local vegan donut shop.

Ooh yes I have seen this movie. And am grateful to have delicious vegan frozen desserts available to me on every corner in my city. Thanks Eb and Bean, Salt and Straw, Doe Donuts, 50 Licks and a billion other places.

I do know people who have had actual damage from b12 deficiency, including vegans. I think it’s a safe bet to take a supplement.
