It's Heil!-arious

I know this thread is from 3 months ago, but you're totally right about that song being joyous and catchy and just a hell of a lot of fun. I did this at karaoke the other day and EVERYONE sang along and did the call and response (which was helpful, because I'm not much of a singer). It's just a stone cold classic.

I do disagree with you about The Departed. But Shutter Island, while visually appealing, was completely ruined (in my mind) by that cliched twist. I haven't revisited it since the theaters.

I only lived in Boston for two years and I know exactly the type of person you're talking about. Boston is a great city but, man, it can breed a very particular type of obnoxious asshole.

I just want you to know that I read "That's high praise" in Andy Samberg's Nic Cage voice.

I want to hear that but also noooope.

Yeah, they did a great job of illustrating how she was clinging to that life she had, playing homemaker and indulging in doing her nails and hair. She came across as very unstable, stupid and self-involved, and I guess some people just haven't had the (dis)pleasure of actually knowing someone with those kinds of

Ha, yeah, that scene with Bale. Such a great little moment to illustrate how fucking batshit insane she was.

I think JLaw can play about 5-8 years older than she actually is, in my eyes…She's 23 but she pretty easily passes for 28-30ish. She's such a great actress and showed such talent at a young age that I forget how old she is. Most people have to work a lot harder and for longer to get that good. She had little to no

Wow, I didn't know that. I meant to look up the real life story in more detail (I had done some preliminary Wikipedia-ing when I first saw the trailer), but forgot. That's really awful. Though, she certainly comes across as entirely unstable in the film. Especially when she just waltzed up to all the mob guys and

I thought American Hustle was just fine. Some great acting but overall the movie didn't thrill me. I haven't seen a large chunk of the movies from 2013 (still have to see Her, Upstream Color, Blue is the Warmest Color, Act of Killing, All is Lost, Fruitvale Station and a ton more I'm forgetting), but I doubt American

I think the glasses are pretty good, or at least they're "fine"…the pants and mustache are awful though.

The Graduate one. I am crying.

I'm pretty sure those glasses are from Warby Parker. I tried them on and it was a fucking disaster. But Phoenix seems to do alright with em.

Thank you!!!! Very excited to get into some new music this year.

She'll be too busy playing Wonder Woman.

I first discovered Hey Rosetta! when Into Your Lungs came out, because I had heard that Hawksley Workman produced it. Wow, what a discovery. Such a talented band!! I've had the pleasure of seeing them live twice, and both shows were amazing. They bring so much energy to everything they do. I've also talked to the band

The accuracy!

Have you seen Beck's incredible cover of "Sound and Vision"?

I got really into Bowie when I was a freshman in high school but I was definitely more interested in the glam rock aspect of his career and not the music. I rediscovered his music early in college and haven't looked back since. What a ridiculously talented human being. I recently bought the book for the Victoria and
