I agree with you entirely. It's also quite baffling that people are so upset by the loss of these characters in particular. I know they're Starks and the audience wants to see Ned's death avenged, but there is so much more to the whole narrative. Personally, I've always found Robb quite boring, and from reading the

I didn't intend to be condescending, I just think it's interesting that people are so shocked by the loss of a major character at this point in the series' run. It makes me wonder what type of show people they think they've been watching. There is a much MUCH larger story going on and Robb, Catelyn and the rest of the

I didn't mean to imply that that's what the whole series is about, but just that the people who are throwing in the towel clearly don't understand the scope of the story.

@JudgeReinhold:disqus I was bored to tears by Jon in season 2, but he has my attention now. I think Dany will be incredibly instrumental to things later on in the series but right now it's pretty tedious to watch her hash out every decision about whatever slave city with her admirers.

I haven't read the books, but I did know about the Red Wedding (thanks, ASOIAF fans that I'm friends with…jerks!). The scene was still chilling to watch. And I don't understand how the death of Robb, who we've seen as being terrible at war and general decision making, would sour someone on the whole series. There is

One person said that they killed off the only characters worth watching. I was like…have you not seen the lady with DRAGONS? Or the kid who can control peoples' MINDS? Or the guy who can bring people back FROM THE DEAD?

I know a few people who have said they're giving up on the show after that episode. I don't think they really understand the story or the series as a whole. The Starks are one of many families playing the "game of thrones" and their story is far from over. I think it's completely ridiculous to throw in the towel on an

@avclub-7e22822e15643aa8cfd383da87abbf1e:disqus Ned's death wasn't spoiled for me because I wasn't reading online reviews at the time…I marathoned the whole season in a few days. That one hit hard, I almost couldn't believe it.
I did know about the Red Wedding…it was spoiled for me when I tried to read a little bit

Not to be an asshole, but I doubt an actress in Ivy's position would keep that baby. Her career would be put on hold and her years of toiling away would be for nothing. Then again, having a Tony has got to give her some leverage.

I don't think they ever brought her up enough to warrant keeping her a secret. I thought it was a a sweet, subtle addition to this season.

I didn't catch that!

The original rumored release date for the season was May 4th. Or, as it is more commonly referred to in the OC (don't call it that): Cinco de Cuatro.

I didn't laugh out loud many times, and I consistently crack up every time I rewatch the old episodes (which I do every year and a half or so).

"It's from nothing" is going to be a highly quoted line, I think. I especially liked when Maeby said it later.

I'm glad they brought back all the old songs.

I did get all "aww" when we got to see Tracey. Because awwww.

I enjoyed the hell out of this movie and Fast Five, but I don't understand why there need to be more Fasts. Oh well. The villain in the next one will be pretty ridiculous.

The only tracks on Trouble Will Find me that have really grabbed me are "This Is The Last Time", "Sea of Love", "Don't Swallow The Cap" and "Graceless". I'm finding more I like with every listen, but I agree, it's no Alligator, Boxer or High Violet. To be honest, it's actually my least favorite National album so far.

It's phen phen and it's been banned by the FDA

They don't allow Bs in here.
