Now THAT’S a Jalop story!

My Favorite use of the “Professional driver on a closed course. Please do not attempt.” is on a Sienna commercial when the family drives out of a fog bank.  Is Toyota telling me I can’t drive out of fog.

UPDATE: today, while all my kids (13 of them) were sitting on the floor in front of my desk eating their snack before going out for recess, I saw one of them leave the class out the ‘corner of my eye,’ but looked in time to see that it was a boy who appeared to be brown/East Indian. I only have one East Indian student

I’m using a Firefox addon called Redirector to automatically...um...redirect the main sites to /latest. It’s been working great. I can still click on the the site logos, but now it takes me to /latest. There are probably similar addons for other browsers.

ok I’m glad you brought this up! My uncle suggested the same thing. However, I’ve left it unlocked every day since, shimmied it up myself and it hasn’t happened again, neither have any of the other windows. So it’s weird to be an isolated (3x in one day) incident. But you never know!!

backstory: the school I work at in Vancouver, BC is being seismically upgraded, as are many because many of the schools built in VSB are gaining on 100 years old. In March (2020), before spring break, we all tirelessly packed up our entire classrooms in boxes to be moved over Spring Break to our ‘new school’ for the

I know you don’t want to dox yourself, but I’m also curious where this story takes place. We have a lot of these “secret cemeteries” in Colorado, also. Usually they were for pioneer families and were forgotten and abandoned many decades ago.

I’ve got one I call “Old Gray Thing” that I always forget to post. It was a paranormal encounter but I’m still not sure what exactly it was, and I’ve always been curious if anyone else has seen one too. I’m doxxing myself if anyone I know reads this, but here goes nothing...

When I was 14 I worked in a doll shop on the first floor of an old colonial house.

I mean it seems like if they're a) sleeping through everything and b) the intruder isn't yet interested in their floor then best to leave well enough alone and not alert either party to the presence of the other...the husband gradually drawing the intruder away from everyone else is pretty heroic.

I told this one before, but I posted really late so I’ll try again this year.

WHAT THE HELL was that terror in the shape of a man doing out there in the first place???? Does he just hang out there day after day waiting for someone to show up so he can do his little performance?

I wish I had a ghost story because I love them (although I’m too much of a scaredy cat to seek anything like that out). But this is the most terrifying thing that ever happened to me.

YOU STEPPED OUT OF THE TRUCK WHEN YOU HEARD TAPPING?!?! You are far braver than I am.

Caution: This story is liable to be triggering for some people.

I post every year cause I’ve lived quite the haunted life. Last year I posted about phantom smells and wanted to do an update on that, briefly.

My stepmum is pretty sensitive to the other side, she’ll get a look on her face in the middle of a conversation and eerily look past you, and you’ll know that she is seeing a ghostie. She’s never scared and will often just tell them to move along. This spookiness was seemingly inherited by my oldest niece, who is now

I must confess up front this is not particularly scary - but it is definitely ghostly. It just involves my father - the sweetest man ever - so how scary is that?! Lol. I grew up in the country on a farm with horses. Since we were so remote, and the driveway to my childhood home so long, my parents had installed a

This happened to me a few years ago, and I still get chills every time I think about it.
