Pope Fiction

It really took me a minute to catch the sarcasm there, JMP. Time for my blood pressure meds.

"[The Chief cusses] him in out in English for some reason."

You know, I detest Trump voters with the heat of a million suns, but I can actually respect their choice more than someone who didn't vote or voted for some Third Party distraction. At least the Trump voter understands how the system works, and uses it to try and achieve their ends.

I cannot watch Obama's farewell address on a weeknight. I'm just gonna need all the alcohol to get through our loss, and teaching in the morning just ain't gonna work with that.

Peaky Blinders in Montana? That's pretty damn random, but awesome.

"Tell me how it can be a 'talking point' if it's an exact quote…"

Seriously? Michigan's is "was called home?" Ugh. We really are Trump's America.

The "Constantine" effect.

That's a fair point. I haven't seen her in much else, so I don't have a basis of comparison to her problematic character(s) on that show. But in retrospect, I can't think of many times when it was her acting that bothered me.

She was the worst part of Angel. I'll fight you.

It's TRUE about everyone.

Hey, A.V. Club: Should I be watching this? I liked the book but never took the time to try the show. What do you think?

Definitely a hazard.

It's Blades Runner, like Attorneys General, or Courts Martial.

Where the majority rules? Yeah we don't have that, by some 3 million.

On one of the S2 reviews of Hannibal (no spoilers to follow), a number of us had a great discussion on what type of person Hannibal Lecter was. We're with you, he's not an anti-villain but the devil incarnate.

Doing this tonight.

Thanks, Trump!
